These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 9Kukri mobile game application ("App") operated by KheniTech ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 4 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you must have parental consent. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ads are part of the free experience. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Interstitial ads are shown periodically between games; rewarded ads are optional and grant in-game benefits when watched voluntarily.
All content in the App — including graphics, game logic, sounds, and UI design — is owned by KheniTech or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Nine Men's Morris is a traditional board game in the public domain. Our specific implementation, artwork, and branding are proprietary.
Online PvP games require an internet connection. We are not liable for disconnections, latency issues, or loss of game progress due to network conditions beyond our control.
Voice chat is peer-to-peer (WebRTC). You are solely responsible for communications you send during voice chat sessions. Misuse of voice chat (harassment, offensive content) may result in account termination.
A new Daily Challenge is generated each day. Results are recorded once per day per account. We reserve the right to modify, skip, or discontinue Daily Challenges at any time without notice.
The leaderboard displays the top 10 signed-in players by win count. We reserve the right to remove accounts from the leaderboard if we determine that wins were obtained through cheating or abuse.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KheniTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of game data, loss of progress, or loss of in-game statistics — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free app, is zero).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the integrity of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
